**Beel Tattoos Terms and Conditions
1. **Age Requirement**: Clients must be 18+ years old. Valid ID is required for verification.
2. **Health Disclosure**: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the tattoo session.
3. **Deposit**: A non-refundable 30% deposit of the actual price is required to secure an appointment. The deposit is applied to the final cost of the tattoo.
4. **Design Approval**: Clients must approve the design and placement before the session begins. No major changes will be made once the session starts.
5. **Payment**: Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo. Pricing is based on size, detail, and time spent.
6. **Hygiene and Safety**: Beel Tattoos adheres to strict hygiene standards. Clients are expected to follow aftercare instructions. Beel Tattoos is not responsible for issues arising from improper aftercare.
7. **Cancellation/Rescheduling**: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit.
8. **No Refunds**: All tattoo services are final. Beel Tattoos does not offer refunds once the tattoo is completed.
9. **Touch-ups**: Free touch-ups are available within 30 days of the initial session, provided aftercare instructions were followed.
10. **Liability**: Beel Tattoos is not liable for any adverse reactions, infections, or complications caused by client negligence or undisclosed medical conditions.
